If you notice in this picture, there's a sign that says "We deliver to all Downtown hotels!" I'm wondering, what do you do with a 20-pound salmon in your hotel room?

That's funny... there's actually a famous essay written on this very topic. I'm not even kidding: here.
I knew my random ponderings couldn't be that unique. Who doesn't wonder what to do with fish away from home?
